I am available for independent software development services. I design, build, and maintain the whole stack — cloud infrastructure, backend systems, data pipelines, and the interfaces on top of them — for clients who need a problem solved properly rather than a seat filled.

Projects have ranged from customer cataloging and field team routing tools for a small HVAC company working to a tight budget, to a complete e-commerce platform migration and a suite of custom inventory management tools serving hundreds of thousands of customers. I work directly with business owners: understand the situation, be honest about the complexity, and build something that actually fits.

Most engagements start the same way: something is broken, slow, manual, undocumented, or inherited from somebody who left. I am comfortable walking into an unfamiliar codebase or cloud account, reverse engineering how it actually behaves, and leaving it in better shape than I found it. The work scales from a single afternoon of scripting to standing up and owning an entire cloud architecture.

  Inherited, undocumented, or abandoned systems: reverse engineered, audited, stabilized, documented, and brought back under control. I have taken over an entire cloud account and application fleet cold and had it under management inside a month.
